Classic 3 toed dinosaur (Theropod) footprint shaped soap, cut from our top layer of excess soap. We use either Sandalwood or Ancient Rock to suggest the colours of the beasts which once roamed around Broome and have their footprints recorded in the surrounding sandstone. (These are one of many different types of dinosaur with recorded prints around Broome.) This is a nifty idea for children, approximately  9.5 x 6 cm.

Luxury ceramic mist essential oil diffuser with an elegant matte finished ceramic shell and a light woodgrain base.

It has a 100ml tank capacity, a white ceramic design, and can disperse a cool mist vapor. It also has an intermittent mist function that turns on and off every 30 seconds, up to 7-8 hours, and a continuous mist function that runs for 4-5 hours. Additionally, it has a soft warm or white light LED, or a single LED lighting mode, and an automatic shut off function at low water levels. Our soap hearts, cut from our excess top soap layer, are extremely popular as little touches to share love and something useful. We have packaged these up in bags of 10. It's not possible to choose - we try to combine a variety of different soaps. Perfect as guest soaps or little thank yous. They may vary a little in thickness, according to the season and soap recipe.

Bergamot - (bergapten free to remove any photo toxicity issues). Warm uplifting citrus that inspires positive feelings of calm security. This makes it helpful for staying centered during a stressful day, or for preparing your mind for sleep. Bergamot can also support physical relaxation, as it can ease tension from muscles and joints, or help settle an upset stomach. 

Cedarwood - Soft and woodsy, cedarwood essential oil casts its quiet shelter over rooms where it’s diffused, inspiring security, relaxation and peace. 

Vetiver - beautiful earthy base note when used sparingly, particularly wonderful for grounding in the body and reducing any tendency in spiritual practice to fly away.

A gentle, calming blend for inner and outer peace using Hidden Valley's classic peace essential oil aroma - gentle, blissful, spiritual and luxurious, in long lasting jojoba oil.

How was it developed?

One day in the Luscious Ladies’ Lab Ali was truly inspired by the beautiful ingredients surrounding her: the mix of local boab and gubinge (Kakadu plum) oils so rich in vitamin C and long-term anti-wrinkle use by indigenous women, the Vitamins C ,B and E in the fridge, the amazing forms of hyaluronic acid now available to replenish what occurs naturally in younger skin, the olive squalane so like skin sebum, allantoin (an ancient skin soother from comfrey), aloe juice, beautiful pure rosewater hydrosol and the soothing healing extracts of calendula and chamomile, our wonderful orange Co-enzyme Q10, and the best essential oils for skin.

“Let’s just put all these best-of-the-best ingredients for anti-aging facial skin care together in a Super Serum!”

And so it was born.

We couldn’t believe the name hadn’t been widely used already. And we tested widely (on ourselves, human animals only!), with fabulous results.  A word on hyaluronic – it occurs naturally in healthy skin but is produced more slowly as we age, and it holds over 1000 times its weight in moisture, so you can just imagine the hydration effect it provides. A squirt or two after cleansing in the morning seems to keep skin soft, moist, hydrated all day long!

We would love you to try this too and give us more feedback. We know it’s not cheap. But you can rest assured that the cost is primarily to cover fantabulous ingredients!

Update October 2021

We have reformulated the Super Serum with all the same wonderful active ingredients but a different emulsifying/gelling system to make it more stable in hot weather. The gellant we were using was a sophisticated one from the cooler northern hemisphere and just wasnt coping over time - separation began to occur, and could be repaired by shaking the container but was still not good enough in our view. So we have dropped this gellant and reformulated with a super mild natural emulsifier (cetearyl olivate + sorbitan olivate) with natural xanthan gum. We think it's much better.  Let us know!

Active Ingredients:

Pure rosa damascena hydrosol (cooling, mildly astringent and suitable for dry, mature, sensitive and devitalised skin),

Vitamins B,C & E, Kimberley cold pressed Boab oil (reputed by Kimberley locals to diminish wrinkles)

Hyaluronic acid (the most effective natural humectant known, which holds 1000 times its weight in water!) We use a liquid multiplex version which contains all molecular weights from low to very high, so the effects include deep rehydration (low) to dense invisible protective film forming (high).

Allantoin (soothes and exfoliates dead skin cells)

Aloe juice (cooling)

Olive squalane (closest to natural skin sebum)

Gubinge in jojoba oil (high Vitamin C and penetration aiding jojoba)

Co-enzyme Q-10 (powerful naturally occurring anti-oxidant reducing skin damage and improving skin hydration)

Chamomile & calendula extracts (anti-inflammatory, soothing & healing)

Beautiful pure essential oils of rose otto (the best!), frankincense, myrrh, helichrysum, rose geranium, palma rosa & German chamomile.

Contains pure essential oils of cypress, Siberian fir, lime, cedarwood, juniper, rosemary and clary sage.

Our all vegetable soy wax Monaco glass container candles are safe, non-toxic and environmentally sustainable. They burn up to 50% longer than paraffin candles, contain higher levels of essential oils (we use 4%), and spills clean up easily with hot soapy water. We love making them too.

Specifications:

Small Soybeams - 7.5cm high, 6cm wide, 55 g of wax, burn around 8 hours. 

Medium Soybeams - 10cm high, 8cm wide, 165 g of wax, burn around 40 hours 

In our shop we also offer Large Soybeams (320 g wax) to personal shoppers at $60 each. However, we have found these too fragile to be sent via post for mail order customers. They need to be carried on planes as hand luggage.
